育人是高等学校永恒的使命。思想政治素质是最重要的素质，加强思想素质教育必须坚持”以人为本”，系统推进，遵循教育规律。要建立科学合理的制度，营造良好的育人氛围，培养有责任心、战斗力的队伍。

Talents─cultivating is the eternal mission of higher educational institutions. We consider the ideological quality as the cardinal element of all─around development. In order to enhance the ideological quality should persist in people─oriented， systematically pushing forward and abiding by the educational rules. We should also try our best to establish a scientific mechanism， construct a nice environment of talents─cultivating and train up a working team with strong responsibility and competence.
