英文摘要 | To improve higher education quality is always the main goal of all US universities. But how to reach the goal is also a tough problem, which the federal government, state governments, school districts and other education organizations have to face. What is the best ways to improve school quality by effective management and how can school evaluation be carried out more objectively?Quality management evaluation needs quality criteria and the support of the theory of quality management. To apply the Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence to the practice is an effective way to reach the goal. In this aspect, the University of Wisconsin─Stout of USA, winner of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award has set us a good example. |
