| 中文摘要 | 本研究以個案研究法探討臺灣東部某偏鄉小學如何導入聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs),進行校務創新經營。透過文件分析與半結構式訪談五位校內外利害關係人,分析其領導策略、課程設計、空間規劃與社區互動等面向的實施歷程與挑戰。研究結果發現:一、校長運用行銷與當責領導模式,促進組織共識與信任;二、教師逐步將SDGs融入課程與教學實作中,提升教學效能;三、校園空間優化兼顧生態與永續理念;四、透過社群行銷與溝通強化家長與社區參與;五、仍面臨在地慣行農法與SDGs價值之衝突。研究結果有助於理解SDGs在偏鄉教育中的實踐可能,亦可作為教育行政人員推動永續發展與學校創新經營之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | This case study explores how a remote elementary school in eastern Taiwan integrated the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into innovative school affairs management. Data were collected through document analysis and semi-structured interviews with five in¬ternal and external stakeholders. The study examined leadership strate¬gies, curriculum implementation, spatial planning, and community en¬gagement. The findings revealed: (1) The principal applied marketing and accountability leadership to foster organizational consensus and trust; (2) Teachers gradually incorporated SDGs into curriculum and teaching practices, improving instructional effectiveness; (3) The campus was re¬designed to reflect ecological and sustainability values; (4) Communica¬tion and educational marketing enhanced parental and community par¬ticipation; (5) Conflicts remained between local farming traditions and SDG values. This research contributes to understanding the practical ap¬plication of SDGs in rural educational contexts and provides insights for educational administrators promoting sustainable and innovative school development. |
