Revolution of Higher Engineering Education from the View of Improving the Employment Competitiveness of Engineering Graduates

我国高等工科院校定位不明确，缺乏办学特色，这是影响工科学生就业的主要因素，通过对美国不同层次的工科教育培养目标与培养体系的分析和比较，可以看出，我国工程教育最缺乏的就是特色和个性。

Unclear orientation and absence of characteristics have become the main facts which block the employment of engineering graduates in China. After the analyze and comparative of the objects and courses of universities and colleges in different levels， we can see that characteristics are the main disparity between Chinese engineering education and US engineering education.
