The Teacher Evaluation Mode in Higher Education Institutes: Problem and Its Correcting Direction

本文从评价理论、方法与技术及评价实施三个层面，剖析了目前高校教师评价模式所存在的主要问题，并就教师评价在价值导向、内涵指针、质的分析方法、信息系统建设、组织机制及形成性评价制度方面，提出了修正和完善该评价模式的基本方向。

From three aspects of evaluation theory， method， technology and practice， this paper discusses the problems about the present popular college teacher evaluation model in china， in the mean time， the author points out the way to modify it in the education evaluation value direction， connotation indexes， qualitative analysis， information systems and practice mechanism.
