高等教育国际化≠西方化≠美国化

Higher Education Internationalization≠Westernization≠Americanization

本文从教育规律、高等教育史、高等教育国际化本身、文化学、大学国际认证等多维视觉展开论证。作者认为，高等教育国际化既不等于“西方化”更不等于“美国化”，而是为世界各国所认同并普遍接受的国际教育惯例的一体化进程，是建立在平等竞争、互利双赢、在保持高等教育多样化和民族化的基础上，逐步形成国际高等教育质量标准框架和竞争规则的过程。

This paper carries on demonstration from the following several points of view: the history of higher education， higher education internationalization itself， the learning of culture， the international attestation of university and so on. The author deems that higher education internationalization is not equal to being westernized， and is even not equal to Americanization. Higher education internationalization is an integrative course， in which the world identifies with and to Americanization. Higher education internationalization is an integrative course， in which the world indentifies with and accepts generally international education tradition. Meanwhile， it is a process of forming gradually the frame of quality standard on international higher education and the rule of competition on the basis of competing equally， benefiting each standard on international higher education and the rule of competition on the basis of competing equally， benefiting each other and keeping the diversity of higher education and the nationality of higher education.
