高等教育与资本市场的互动关系，是高等教育与经济发展相互关系中的又一新的表现形式。双方能否相互介入，不仅关系到高等教育大众化过程中的资源瓶颈问题，而且也关系到资本市场能否重新活络并找到新的投资亮点的问题。本文对这一新的关系形式从其必要性与可行性等方面进行了较为全面的探讨：首先从资本的定义集资怎市场的内涵切入，分析了双方相互介入的重要性与形式，其次在分析和探讨高等教育与资本市场相互介入的必要性与动因的基础上，再进一步探讨高等教育与资本市场双向互动的可能性。

The correlation between the higher education and capital market is another form of the relation between higher education and economic development. The interposition of the two sides will solve two problems. One is the “bottle-neck” of resources in the higher education popularization; another is the new investment field in capital market. This article analyses the inevitability and feasibility of this new relation. Firstly， it defines the capital and the capital market and analyses the importance and method of the interposition; secondly， on the base of the inevitability， the article analyses the feasibility of the correlation between higher education and economic development thoroughly.
