Tentative Discussing the Managing Mode of Professionally Secondary-grade School

专业二级学院是当前我国大学二级学院组织形式的主体。由于不同大学设置方式的差异，它又有实体性与虚体性之分。本文以实体性专业二级学院为研究对象，阐述了其管理模式的基本特征──主体性和层次性，并深入探讨了其理想组织方式──”院长全面负责，教授学术主导，全体积极参与”的深刻内涵。

Now， professional secondary-grade school is the main body of the organizational form of secondary-grade school in the university of China. It can be divided into entity school and dummy school due to the different way of setting in different university. This article， taking the entity professional secondary-grade school as the researching object， expatiates the basic characters of the managing mode of the professionally secondary-grade school: the quality of main body and administrative level， and further discusses the connotation about the ideal organizational form of management mode of professional secondary-grade school: the dean takes charge roundly， the professors lead the academic authority， the whole take part in management actively.
