本文从公平性、合理性、合法性和科学性等视角就对学生实行”末位淘汰”制所存在的若干缺陷进行了分析，并从高校内部改革的角度论述了遏制大学生混学分、文凭等”不良”现象的具体对策。

This article analyzes many defects in the system of the elimination to the last collegians which is carried out from variously visual angles such as equity， reasonableness， legality， etc. and puts forward concrete countermeasures on how to contain the corrupt phenomenon of the collegian’s muddling along from the angles of internal reforms in colleges and universities.
