A Study on the Running Mechanism of the University President

大学校长治校基本结构有内部结构和外部结构。外部结构主要影响大学校长治校的内外部环境，主要包括大学的状态（即内部环境）和外部环境这两方面。内部结构主要是指大学校长作为个体有效治校的构成，包括治校思想（教育思想和管理思想）和治校艺术（领导艺术），它们之间相互共同作用于运行中的大学以及大学存在的当时环境。

The running mechanism of university president is based on three fundamental missions. And it concludes that two kinds of structures are imprinted into the president， among which the outside structure includes both outside and inside environments that effect how the president presides over the university. The inside structure comes virtually out from the president， and is made up of his leading philosophy（educational philosophy， and managerial philosophy）and leadership. All those elements act on the president.
