中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討教師運用數位平台提升課程學習效益之行動研究。研究方法包括質性和量化分析。質性方面,透過訪談行政人員和教師,共計6位,以瞭解數位教學的實施情況、挑戰和未來期待;量化方面,採用問卷調查,以瞭解其數位學習經驗和學習效益。研究對象為高一化學課學生99位。經成對樣本t檢定分析,量化結果顯示,數位平台的使用有助於解決傳統教學看不清楚黑板的問題、數位平台的使用有助於學生專注於實驗課程並且提升其學習成效;此外,數位平台的使用讓學生覺得更加便利,使得學生會利用數位平台,觀看實驗影片進行預習,更有助於學生進行自主學習。質性方面,行政人員和教師皆認同數位教學提高教學的多元化及互動性,不僅提升學生的學習動機及提供教學資源的豐富性,更能改善傳統教學的方法與效率,例如:讓學生能利用數位平台進行預習和複習,並閱讀課外補充教材,從而提升學生的自主學習能力。另外,本研究亦發現數位教學也會面臨網絡不穩定、學生分心等挑戰。最後,本研究依據研究結果進行討論,並提出相關之教學與輔導、行政端建議及未來研究建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to explore how teachers use digital platforms to enhance course learning efficiency. The research methodology includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis. For the qualitative aspect, in¬terviews were conducted with six participants, including administrative staff and teachers, to understand the implementation, challenges, and fu¬ture expectations of digital teaching. For the quantitative aspect, a ques¬tionnaire survey was employed to assess the digital learning experience and learning effectiveness. The study involved 99 first-year high school chemistry students. Through a paired sample t-test analysis, the quan¬titative results show that the use of digital platforms helps address the issue of not being able to clearly see the blackboard in traditional teach¬ing. Additionally, the use of digital platforms helps students focus on ex¬perimental courses and improves their learning outcomes. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms makes learning more convenient for students, and encouraging them to use the digital platform to watch experiment videos for pre-study, which further enhances their ability for self-directed learning. For the qualitative perspective, both administrative staff and teachers acknowledged that digital teaching enhances teaching diversity and interactivity in the classroom. It not only boosts students’learning motivation and enriches the availability of teaching resources but also improves traditional teaching methods and efficiency by the use of digital platforms. For example, it allows students to pre-study and review ma¬terials as well as to read supplementary resources by using digital plat¬forms, and thus enhances their self-directed learning ability. However, the study also found challenges in digital teaching, such as unstable In¬ternet connections and student distractions. Finally, based on the re¬search findings, the study discusses relevant teaching and administrative suggestions and provides recommendations for future research. |
