在对国内院校和培训机构实际教学现状分析的基础上，综合了传统课堂教学和网络教学中最实用的教学管理方法，提出了以班级为核心的混合教学管理设计思想和过程管理模型，并设计了混合教学管理系统功能框架，为现代教学提供一种实用的混合教学管理方法。

Based on the analysis of actual teaching situation in domestic teaching and training institutions， this paper synthesizes the most practical method of teaching management in the traditional classroom teaching and network teaching， and presents the design idea， process management model and the system framework of the blending teaching management to class as the core. This will provide a practical method of blending teaching management to the modern teaching institutions.
