文章提出了利用桌面虚拟现实技术在教学课件中应用的基本方法，通过开发课件研究了桌面虚拟现实技术及其交互性、三维模型设计的方法和需要注意的问题，并通过开发U型管实验、DNA的摄取和整合、接合的机理与过程、性导的机理与过程及特殊性转导等内容实现了动态交互式演示和控制，在实际教学应用中收到了较理想效果。
