Mobile Learning initiates the mobile trend of traditional dictionaries. In virtue of the mobility and functions of Smart phones， Smart phone dictionaries become a powerful tool for Mobile Learning. This paper， with particular reference to Mdict， discusses the program functions of the open-library type and the available resources， and then points out the existing problems and the possible solutions.
