中文摘要 | 文章通过面向广播电视行业的一项调查研究,揭示了企业培训中存在的一些突出矛盾,包括:培训投入与培训机会的矛盾,培训规划与需求分化的矛盾,工作时间与学习时间的矛盾。网络教育所具备的理论优势使它可以成为解决上述矛盾的基本途径。但调查发现,网络教育在企业培训领域的应用现状是:企业不善于组织网络培训,员工也不习惯于接受网络培训。导致这种现状的主要原因是企业缺乏实施网络教育的基础条件。因此,建立网络教育实施的基础条件是促进网络培训发展的基本前提。文章从参与企业培训的各个主体角度出发,提出了建设这些基础条件的原则性建议。 |
英文摘要 | An investigation on China radio and TV industry discovered that there exist three conspicuous contradictions in enterprise training:contradiction between fund input and training opportunities, contradiction between training planning and diversified demands, and contradiction between work time and learning time. Theoretical analysis indicates online learning can be a fundamental approach to solve those contradictions. But an opposite status quo was revealed by the investigation, that is:the enterprises are not able to develop online training, while the employees are not ready to accept online learning. The main cause is lack of online learning infrastructure. So this article puts forward some basic principles to try to solve the problem, from the perspective of the government departments in charge, the enterprises, the employees and the training institutions. |
