高校信息化服务团队建设探究

An Exploration into How to Build Informationization Services Teams in Higher Education Institutions

目前高校信息化建设已进入重建设更重管理的推广普及阶段，一支技术先进、管理科学的信息化服务团队是取得这一阶段信息化成功的重要保障。通过分析目前高校信息化职能部门的一般结构和服务内容，研究总结了CIO机制、学习型组织、矩阵型结构、区分问题的结构化程度等对建立一支可持续发展、高弹性、高专业化的全校性的信息化服务团队的可行性。

The informationization in Higher education institutions has entered a popularization phase when the management of informationization becomes more important than the constructions. Informationization services teams with advanced technologies and scientific management can be a important guarantee for the success in this phase. After analyzing of the general structure and services supplied of the current informationization department in higher education institutions， we studied and summarized how CIO mechanisms， learning organization， matrix structure， distinguishing structures of problems help us to establish a sustainable developing， high elasticity and professional informationization services team.
