文章对教育资源元数据规范的基本情况和不同标准进行了特征对比研究，并以北京市属高校特色教育资源库建设项目相关研究为例，将支撑平台设计思路与元数据标准设计原则进行紧密结合，探讨了一种应用平台的创新设计方案，以更好地促进资源的有效发现、交流和共享，相信在实践应用层面上对教育资源建设具有一定的借鉴作用。

Based on the study of education resources metadata standard and the basic situation of the characteristics of different standards， take a education resource construction project as an example， the paper points out the close contact between the support platform design and metadata standard design， and probes into the innovation of an application platform design， in order to better promote the discovery， exchange and sharing of the resource. It is of certain reference to the practical application of education resources.
