英文摘要 | In order to cultivate the applied innovative talents, the paper analyzed the current problem in the teaching of Microelectronic Process we faced, presented a Mixed-dimensional teaching model which was based on the theories of liberation education and blended learning. The teaching mode was used in the practice teaching, and the applied effect was analyzed. It has important theoretical and practical significance to a comprehensive reform of Microelectronic Process teaching. |
