In order to cultivate the applied innovative talents， the paper analyzed the current problem in the teaching of Microelectronic Process we faced， presented a Mixed-dimensional teaching model which was based on the theories of liberation education and blended learning. The teaching mode was used in the practice teaching， and the applied effect was analyzed.
