Usability is a new method to evaluate usage quality of software， and usability testing is the way to test software usability. In this article， the author introduces the concepts of usability and usability testing， the process of usability testing and principles of usability testing on LMS software with some examples on Sakai LMS. The author hopes this research can help the design of LMS and offers a feasible solution to the usability testing of LMS.
