Construction of Educational Informational Resource：Enlightment of Culture

教育信息资源不仅是一种信息资源，也是一种文化资源，承担着一定的文化价值。文章从定义的角度和资源文化的视角对教育信息资源的起源、内涵、特征作了深刻的解析，在此基础上提出应该从以人为本、伦理学和美学等方面来进行教育信息资源建设，为教育信息资源的研究提供新途径，同时促进教育资源更加合理建设。

Educational information resource is not only an informational resource， but also a kind of cultural resource， assumed a certain amount of cultural values. Basing on the view of definition and culture resource of origin， this paper analyzed in detail about origin， definition and characteristic of educational information resource， proposed that we should construct educational informational resource from the people─oriented， ethics and aesthetics of the three aspects. It provided a new perspective on the research of educational informational resource and promoted rational distribution of educational resources.
