基于国家现代远程教育资源库的资源建设与共享应用研究 ─ SCORM标准内聚合模型的应用

Building and Sharing Resource Based on National Distance Education Resource Database ─ The Application of SCORM Content Aggregation Model

为了实现资源库资源共享应用效率的最大化，文章从影响资源库资源引用共享的资源建设因素角度来分析，通过以网络课程为代表的资源建设的文献调研、比较分析、案例研究方法，提出应用SCORM标准的内容聚合模型方法来建设资源，结合资源库资源共享应用要求，开发过程中重点考虑内容聚合模型中元数据应用设计、、资源结构设计、物理文件建设3个方面，为资源库资源建设、存储、共享应用的技术实现提供了初歩的设计基础。

To maximize the efficiency of resource database sharing， we analyze the factors affecting the sharing of resource database. Through the research methods of literature review， comparative analysis and case study on the resource building of distance courses， we propose to build resources using the SCORM Content Aggregation Model. According to the demand of sharing and application in resource database， the model focuses on the design and application of meta─data， the resource structure design and the physical files construction in development. This paper provides a design framework for the construction， storage and sharing of the resources in resource database.
