Edutainment is an appropriate combination of education and entertainment， as a new technique to realize the idea of entertainment teaching， edutainment Technology stresses the integration of the students’ “life experience and the fun” and “learning object and the means”. This article mainly analyzes the characteristics of Edutainment Technology and the information technology curriculum in middle school， and then discusses how to use the Edutainment Technology to promote the instruction of information technology curriculum in middle schools.
