手语和口语分别是聋人和健听人的第一语言，聋人融入社会、与健听人正常沟通交流必然要求二者均能掌握这两种语言，动画的教育应用是开发聋人手语动画的物质基础，特殊教育中新的教学理念是手语动画开的理论基础。《手语100句》开发目的是帮助聋人和听健人学习手语，从社会和谐的夕度出发服务聋人，为聋人更好融入主流社会。

Sign Language is the first language of the Deaf， and Spoken Language is the first language of the normal person. They should get up about the two language─sign language and spoken language， if the Deaf want to fade into the normal society and communicate with the normal person. The application of the animation in the education is the physical foundation of the developing of sign language， the new education idea in specific education is the theoretical basis. 100 Sentences of Sign Language is the typical computer assisted education animation. The article discusses the design， production and the development of it. The purpose of the development of 100 Sentences of Sign Language is to help and serve the Deaf to fade into the normal society.
