After a virtual practicing community of teachers has been built， the issue of how to make it develop sustainably has brought us a new challenge. By some maintaining strategies， such as generating opinion leader， improving the phenomenon of lurker， organizing inter─regional cooperation， building online harmonious and so on， can promote its healthy operation， so as to advance the professional development of teachers group.
