英文摘要 | After a virtual practicing community of teachers has been built, the issue of how to make it develop sustainably has brought us a new challenge. By some maintaining strategies, such as generating opinion leader, improving the phenomenon of lurker, organizing inter─regional cooperation, building online harmonious and so on, can promote its healthy operation, so as to advance the professional development of teachers group. |
