Innovative Approaches to the Development of Educational Technology in Colleges ─ A Case Study on Shandong University of Technology

高校电教事业发展的主要问题是”乱”：职能乱、名称乱、机构设置乱、人员乱。山东理工大学在回顾近十年发展历史的基础上，大胆创新，提出了”一个中心、二条主线、三个平台、四个依靠”的改革思路，同时阐述了在改革实践中遇到的问题和不足。

The major problem of the educational technology in universities is confusion， that is， confusion in functions， department establishment and personnel employment. With the retrospect of the development in the past decade， Shandong University of Technology has been reforming its educational technology with the innovative guideline， namely， “one center， two priorities， three platforms and four resorts” and summarizing problems and weaknesses in practice.
