英文摘要 | The major problem of the educational technology in universities is confusion, that is, confusion in functions, department establishment and personnel employment. With the retrospect of the development in the past decade, Shandong University of Technology has been reforming its educational technology with the innovative guideline, namely, “one center, two priorities, three platforms and four resorts” and summarizing problems and weaknesses in practice. |
