重大疫情应急响应信息平台建构研究

The Research of Information Platform Construction for Emergency Response to Major Epidemic

重大疫情的发生给人民的生命安全和社会稳定带来了巨大威胁。文章为了实现提升我国疫情防控和疫情应急反应能力的目标，提出把信息技术与信息系统引入疫情防治工作的观点。试构建重大疫情应急响应信息平台，初步完善疫情应急响应机制。经实践证明，该方法已在疫情防治工作中收到了一定成效，发挥了重要作用。这充分说明疫情应急响应信息平台应用于重大疫情防治工作切实可行，具有一定的建设意义。

The incidences of major epidemic bring a great threat to people’s lives security and stability in the society. The article in order to achieve the objectives of upgrading capacity of preventing and controlling and emergency responsing to China’s epidemic， puts forward the view that introducing information technology and information systems into major epidemic prevention and combate work， tests to build an information platform for emergency response to major epidemic， improves the emergency response mechanism for epidemic initially. By proved practice， the method had been received a certain degree of success and played a lot of role in the epidemic prevention and combate work. This fully demonstrates that information platform for emergency response to epidemic appling to major epidemic prevention and combate work is practicable and has a strong practical significance.
