导步教学法以培养学生自学能力、创新能力为目标，具有”提优补差”的效果。结合高职院校学生及课程特点，在分析高职信息技术课教学存在问题的基础上，将导步教学法引入高职信息技术课堂教学，通过教学实验探索实施策略并对结果进行统计分析。
