西部少数民族地区教师培训的发展研究

The Research on the Development of Teacher Training in the West Minorities Area

教师培训工作是提高教师队伍整体素质的重要环节，提高农村中小学教师素质又是提高我国农村基础教育水平与质量的基础和保障。该文在实地调研的基础上，研究近几年来西部农村中小学教师培训的基础、现状和存在的问题，并结合调查地区的实际情况提出解决问题的策略，以促进该地区教师培训工作的健康发展。

Teacher training plays a very important in improving the overall quality of teachers. And to improve teachers’ quality in rural primary and secondary schools is the foundation and guarantee for improving the level and quality of the elementary education in the rural areas of our country. The essay studied the current situation and existing problems of teacher training in the primary and secondary schools of west rural area， and put forward countermeasures for the problems according to the field investigation for facilitating the development of teacher training in this area.
