区域教育信息资源库建设方案的比较研究──校校建库与共建中心资源库方案的比较

The Comparative Research of Construction Projects of Regional Educational Information Resource Base──Comparison of Construction Projects between Building Information Resource Base Respectively by School and Sharing Central Resource Base Collectively

基于校园资源库存在现状及新兴的教育中心资源库的发展情况，对校校建库与共建中心资源库两种区域教育信息资源库建设方案进行比较。从两者的建设理念出发，分析比较两种方案在经济效益、管理效能、资源质量及使用价值四个方面的差异，并由比较结论得出关于区域教育信息资源配置的两点思考。

Based on the existing situation of campus’ resources base and the development of the central educational information resource base， this paper draws a comparison on the construction projects of two kinds of regional educational information resource bases， which are building information resource base respectively by school and sharing central resource base collectively. From the beginning with the comparison of the construction concept of both construction projects， this paper makes the depth analysis of the two projects’ difference in four aspects: cost-effectiveness， management effectiveness， quality and use value， which is in order to draw conclusions about allocation of regional education information resources by comparison.
