This paper discusses the change management in the HPT contexts. Based on this discussion， it puts forward the proposition that change management is the key for HPT to successfully implement in organizations. Then the paper analyses the basic elements of change management， and attempts to advance HPT the Change Viewpoint on the basis of the deconstruction of HPT Model.
