文章从Twitter便捷的即时通信、人性化的人群分组及信息选择发送等功能出发，对其应用于移动学习的可行性进行分析。构建了基于Twitter的移动学习模式，并提出基于此模式的移动学习策略。

The article analyzes the application practicability of Twitter to Mobile Learning from the convenient immediate communication， humanity crowd grouping and information transfer choicely of Twitter. This article also constructs a Mobile Learning model based on Twitter and makes the Mobile Learning strategies of this model.
