On Intelligent Aggregation and Individuation of the Open Educational Resources--Constructing the Open Educational Resources based on Web3.0

优质高效的开放教育资源是网络时代人们获取教育信息的主要来源。在分析我国以国家精品课程为代表的开放教育资源不足的基础上，探讨Web3.0的内涵与技术特征，运用Web3.0技术实现开放教育资源的智能聚合与个性化建构，并对Web3.0的局限性进行了简要分析。

The high-value and highly efficient open educational resources is the principal source of getting educational information in the network era. And this paper first analyzes the deficiency of the open educational resources which is characterized by the National Excellent Course， and then talks something about the connotation and technical characteristics of Web3.0， the possibilities of the intelligent aggregation and individuation of the open educational resources with the help of Web3.0 and the limitations of Web3.0.
