面向岗位的电子化知识服务系统构建研究

岗位是员工参与企业生产经营活动的桥梁，员工工作中对知识的需求与其所处岗位密切相关。为满足员工的岗位知识需求，提出了一种面向岗位的电子化知识服务系统的构建过程，对系统中的关键子过程进行分析并给出个人接受服务情况的更新算法。面向岗位的电子化知识服务系统能够有效促进企业知识的转移，能够提高员工的学习效率和工作绩效。

Post is the joint between employees and production and management of enterprise. The knowledge demand of employees in work is closely related with their post. For meeting the post knowledge demand of employees， a construction process of post-oriented e-knowledge service system was put forward. The key sub-processes in the system were analyzed and an update algorithm was put forward. Post-oriented e-knowledge service system can accelerate knowledge transfer of enterprise and promote the learning efficiency and job performance of employees.
