| 英文摘要 | The appraisal of higher educational informationization has always been the hot but difficult spot in the research of higher educational informationization. The author analyzed the diversified target informationization appraisals and concluded the several trains of thought in the appraisal of educational informationization and proposed the diagnosing train of thought; based on the analysis of the concept of the educational informationization and the non-technology factors within it, the author proposed the appraisal system implementing the diagnosing train of thought. Then, based on the data collected from more than 10 universities, the author revised and got the final system. |
