The Analysis of Educational Technology Value System Under the View of Technology Philosophy

随着教育技术基本理论研究的不断深入，教育技术价值问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。借鉴技术哲学的研究成果对教育技术价值及其体系进行一次系统的审视，依据技术的两种属性探讨教育技术价值及其体系，分析教育技术外在价值引发的教育技术应用伦理问题及其解决办法。

The problem of educational technology value has been the focus since the deeply study into the basic theory of educational technology. We do a systemic survey to the educational technology value and system by referencing the technology studying results， and discuss the educational technology value and system， analysis the applying ethic problems and the solutions which were caused by the exterior value of educational technology， by relying the two natures of the technology.
