Implict knowledge was put forward by Michael Polanyi from Philosophy realm in 1958， it has become the popular attention point that how to mine and make more implicit knowledge get shared in the education field .This text mostly discusses how to use Blog， Concept map and Virtual reality technology to manage and share implicit knowledge based on the conception and relation of knowledge management and implict knowledge.
