The financial laboratory is the important carrier of the financial discipline construction of the finance and economics colleges and universities， which needs us to carry on the thorough ponder. This article first analyzes the present situation of the financial laboratory's software and hardware resources， and points out its insufficiency. Next， the laboratory development direction has been discussed， including the teaching， the mass organization activity， the student's practice three aspects. Finally， three aspect's suggestions are proposed， including the suggestion of three aspects: suggestion to the financial funds Control section， suggestion to raise the financial laboratory utilization ratio and the use effect， suggestion about gain the financial laboratory resources.
