该文拟从分析学位与研究生教育培养信息管理中培养计划和成绩管理的重要性入手，对培养计划和成绩管理的现状和问题进行了阐述，提出一种学生在网上填写培养计划，然后将提交培养计划的课程信息导入学生成绩库中，作为成绩管理的重要数据的新思路。这种新思路的提出，可以极大地提高成绩管理的效率，规范研究生培养管理，最后对培养计划和成绩管理结合的现实意义进行了论述。

The article analyse the significance of cultivation project and grade management in post-graduate education cultivation information management and expatiate the status quo and issues in cultivation project and grade management.
