英文摘要 | This article discusses how to enhance the validity of training programs for countryside teachers by the performance ideas. Firstly, performance management instead of performance evaluation should be used in training programs for teachers. Secondly, performance management should be integrated with performance technology and 6 σ's ideas to enhance the performance of training programs. Lastly, a learning organization should be built after being trained to maintain the performance of the programs. |
