我国大学衍生企业发展的影响因素分析

An Analysis on Influence Factors of the University Spin-off Companies in China

大学衍生企业是知识扩散和应用的重要平台。本文通过GIS技术分析发现我国大学衍生企业呈现空间集群现象。母体大学是大学衍生企业发展的根本依托，因此本文从多角度构建了母体大学可能影响衍生企业发展的13个因素，并进行验证分析。结果表明，大学衍生企业发展与这些影响因素均呈正相关，其中影响最明显的是R&D成果应用及科技服务经费、大学科技成果专利授权数、科技投入总经费等因素。为此，`本文从人力资源、科技经费投入以及科技成果转移方面提出了相关建设。

The university spinout companies are the important platform of knowledge diffusion and application. There have the spatial clustering phenomena of university spinout companies in China by the analysis of Geographical Information System. Parent university is the development base of university spinout company. From the diversified perspective， this paper presents thirteen possible factors related to the parent universities that may influence the development of university spinout companies， and studies the relationship between these factors and the development of university spinout companies. The findings indicate：there are positive correlation between these companies and the thirteen factors， especially the three factors：research and development’s result application and science and technology(S&T) service funds， patent licensing quantity， and total S&T investment funds. Therefore， some suggestions to develop effectively university spinout companies are put forward.
