Building the Modernization Universities：the background, characteristics and trends in the university-industry collaboration system of European Union

近年来，欧盟出台了一系列推动大学--企业合作机制形成的政策文件，旨在建立一种企业、大学、政府、研究机构、其它社会组织在内的开放且合作的创新机制。建立大学--企业合作的治理结构、鼓励大学开发新的课程、加强终身学习、促进大学和企业之间的人才流动、培育大学生创新精神、强化大学与企业之间的知识转移，成为了欧盟创设大学--企业合作机制的主要内容，而这种合作机制也将使大学的功能得到更全面的扩展。

In recent years， EU has launched a series of policies. These policies aimed to build an open and collaborative innovation system which includes multiple players such as industry community， universities， government， research institutes and other organizations. For universities， the collaboration system focuses on six areas; modern governance reform， curriculum development， life long learning， talent mobility between universities and industry sectors， cultivate the entrepreneurship of college students， improve the Knowledge transfer between universities and enterprises.
