英文摘要 | Personnel System Reform (PSR) is the important sector during the university's system reform. This paper argues that in the context of the nation's public service unit reform, PSR in university should be studied by combing with the characteristics of each university. The trends of public service unit reform in China are the increased independence and openness, and the PSR in university should also comply with this trend and thus it can catch the correct direction of the reform. The route of PSR also needs proceed gradually by considering the special characteristics of each university. |
