定期名开全校教学、教育工作讨论会是清华大学人才培养的优良传统，充分反映了人才培养是学校根本任务的这一基本办学理念。清华大学历次讨论会均取得了很好的成效。第23次教育讨论会的选题是基于我们对国际、国内以及清华自身人才培养轪况的了解和分析。

It is a long─cherished Tsinghua tradition of talent cultivation to have institutional─wide annual symposiums in teaching， learning and education. This is a reflection of Tsinghua’s deep belief in taking talent cultivation as the core mission of the University. The past education symposium have achieved good results and， and the themes of this year’s symposium concern with understanding and analysis of talent cultivation through international， national and Tsinghua perspectives.
