2007年高校毕业生就业影响因素分析

An Analysis of Factor Affecting Employment of Graduates in 2007

基于大规模抽样调查数据，本文首先对2007年全国高校毕业生的就业状况进行了统计描述，然后对求职结果、起薪水平和毕业生工作满意度的影响因素进行计量回归研究，并且与2003年和2005年的调查结果进行了对比分析。实证结果表明，内因是决定高校毕业生就业竞争力的关键因素，就业效率与2005年相比有所降低；求职费用和求职次数对求职结果、起薪和工作满意度并无显着影响；学校提供的求职信息对求职结果、起薪水平和工作满意度都有显着的影响；家庭经济条件和社会关系对毕业生的求职结果、起薪和工作满意度有显着的正向影响；学用结合程度高的毕业生的工作满意度更高。

Based on data from a large─scale sampling survey， this study examines the situation of employment of graduates in 2007. Then the study presents a comparative regressive analysis of factors affecting the graduate’s job─hunting， involving starting salary and job satisfaction， using the data from the 2003 and 2005 surveys. The main results are as the following：the inner factors is the key factor to the graduate’s job competition power；employment has rate dropped since 2005；the cost and times of job─hunting shows no significant effect while job information provided by the universities have significant effect on the result of job─hunting， starting salary and job satisfaction；economic situation of the family has a positive effect on the above factors；a good job matching status results in good job satisfaction.
