高校自主招生：中俄比较与启示

A Comparative Study of Independent Student Recruitment in Chinese and Russian Higher Education Institutions

本文介绍俄罗斯历史上自主招生的基本情况，指出其存在的社会不公、寻租腐败、异化现象等问题，分析了问题产生原因，认为中国的自主选录取改革同样具备产生上述的土壤，应提高警惕。同时结合中国自主招生试点，认为当前中国不必要实行完全自主招生，可建构和完善统招与自主招生结合的招生制度。

This study reviews historical development of independent student recruitment in higher education institutions（HEIs）， and analyses the phenomena and causes of its problems including social injustice， rent─seeking corruption and alienation. Reform in independent student recruitment in Chinese HEIs are faced with similar potential risks. It is imperative for the Chinese HEIs to keep alerted about this， and not to implement full─scale independent student recruitment but incorporate it with entrance examinations.
