中文摘要 | 人们通常把目前高等教育发展中的问题归因为对大众化理论的片面认识或实践偏差,却很少去反思这一理论本身的问题。本文认为高等教育大众化理论本质上是一个大叙事,其在当代中国高等教育研究与实践中的话语霸权地位,显示出我们依然在移植西方的大叙事思维。这使人们丧失了教育问题思考的自主性和民族文化视野,埋没或牺牲了中国高等教育自身的内在结构、旨趣、问题意识与思考方式,带来的将是一种整体性伤害。 |
英文摘要 | It is often assumed that the problems of higher education massification are the result of misunderstanding or wrong application of mass higher education theory. Yet such assumption fails to reflect on the theory itself. Viewing mass higher education theory as a grand narrative, the article argues that the monopolistic status of western mass higher education paradigm in current higher education research and practice reveals China’ dependence on western grand narratives. Such dependence may deprive China of conceptual autonomy and national cultural scope in mediating educational issue, may compromise the inherent structure, interest, problem consciousness and mediation of Chinese higher education, and may therefore result in an overall damage. |
