英文摘要 | Teachers are the most important resources in modern schools. The educational quality should be determined by teacher’s specialized qualifications. The teacher quality can be improved through researching the teacher’s personalities, knowledge, professional morals, and technical abilities. Whether the teacher considers these professional activities as a course of realizing his life value or not will produce a profound influence on the quality of the teacher’s educational activities. That is a teacher’s professional level. |
