英文摘要 | It is the requirement for the development of social economy and education to train primary teachers with higher education diploma. The 5+2 training model which receives junior middle school graduates obviously. In the 5+2 model, it is possible to combine the rich experience of primary teacher training in normal schools with the advantages of the academic resources, facilities and atmosphere in normal universities and colleges. In the implementation of the 5+2 model, we must strengthen the construction of curriculum and teaching material, the construction of subject and speciality, the construction of professional ability and the construction of teaching staff. |
