英文摘要 | The social role of man of knowledge were divided into technical adviser, sages, scholar and new knowledge explore by Znaniecki. If reviewing teacher role by Znanieck’s theory, the rootstock of conflict between teaching and researcher in college is the faculty despising and giving up educator role, and the key point of basic education teachers’ professionalization is liberating them from the simplex educator role. The role advancing from the existence, development, enjoyment and transcendence may be in ideal teacher’s role choice model. |
