温岭师范毕业生理想的调查研究

A Survey on Career Ideal of Students in Teacher Education Program in the City of Wenling

本研究用半结构问卷、内容分析法对227名2007届小教大专师范毕业生进行了毕业理想调查，结合定量和定性分析，发现师范毕业生的择业理想更自由，倾向合乎自己的实际和兴趣；绝大部分毕业生对毕业后人生抱有积极心态，充满信心和激情，但存在理想和现实之间的矛盾；并基于此提出了相应的毕业教育对策。

This research adopts the methods of half structured questionnaires and content analysis on 227 normal college students about their ideal after graduation. With the quantitative and qualitative analysis， the author found out that the career ideal of normal college students are free and they tend to choose career fit for their reality and interest；most students have positive attitudes towards the life after graduation and full of confidence and passion. The article points out the gap and discrepancy between the ideal and reality in students and proposes corresponding strategies.
